What is Just Vibe Check?
Just Vibe Check is a simple tool for small teams and companies (under 50 people) to run anonymous peer-rating rounds. It helps you objectively identify and acknowledge your most productive team members — the people who make everyone around them better.
Traditional performance reviews are top-down. Managers see one slice of the picture. Just Vibe Check captures the perspective of the people who actually work side by side every day.
How It Works
Create a Poll
Set up a new rating round and add your team members by email.
Team Rates Each Other
Each participant anonymously rates every other member on a scale from −3 to +3.
See the Results
Once everyone has voted (or you close the round), each person gets their average score. Individual ratings stay anonymous — only averages are shared.
